It makes sounds louder with the help of Amplifier, so that a person suffers from  hearing loss and listening  problem, communication that uses hearing aid devices and participate more fully in daily activities. A hearing aid can help people hear more in both silence and noisy situations.
In Technology, a Hearing aid is easily “compatible” with telephone. when they connect to each other, that produces clear, easily understood sound. Compatibility applied for three telephones, example are (wireless, cordless, wired).

Audiologist is the physician who specializes in ear, nose and throat disorders and find the cause of the hearing loss. It identifies and measures hearing loss and will perform a hearing test measure type and degree of loss.

Introduction Electronics is used in Hearing aid:

Hearing aid work  depending on electronics used, Two types of electronics is used first is Analog and Digital.

Analog aids: Analog aids convert sound waves into electrical signals, which are amplified.

Digital aids: digital aids convert sound waves into numerical codes, similar to the binary code of a computer.

Advantages of Hearing aids:

1 Hearing aid provide clear and natural sound.
2 Hearing aids are safe and simple.
3 Hearing aid easy to use, means comfortable.

Disadvantages of Hearing aids:

1 Cost of hearing aid is high.
2 Maintenance issue in hearing aids.
3 Potential Discomfort.

Types of hearing aids:

1 Vacuum tube hearing aid.
2 Transistor body-worn hearing aid.
3 Behind The Ear(BTE).
4 In The Ear(ITE)
5 Canal:-two types first In The Canal (ITC) and second is completely In Canal (CIC).
